About Company you keep Hospitality

Company You Keep Hospitality was founded by Graceanne Jordan, an industry veteran of more than two decades of experience managing and developing restaurants with Danny Meyer, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and Tom Colicchio.

Our food and beverage programs are led by Anthony Merlino, whose beverage program experience spans from Michelin-starred restaurants to hotels, and Chris Lavey, whose restaurant experience includes two 3-Star reviews from the New York Times at Craft and The Modern.
